Kindness Matters
Parents,
Many of our families have received Be Kind posters to put in their front yard. We have the signs posted through our school as well. I saw this on an education blog and thought it fit perfectly with our focus on Kindness.
Don’t Become Preoccupied With
Your Child’s Academic Ability
But Instead
Teach Them To Sit With Those Sitting Alone
Teach Them To Be Kind
Teach Them To Offer Their Help
Teach Them To Be A Friend To The Lonely
Teach Them To Encourage Others
Teach Them To Think About Other People
Teach Them To Share
Teach Them To Look For The Good
This Is How They Will Change The World.
Just a little something to reflect on to begin our week. #KindnessMatters

Sure Signs of Kindness
In today's busy world sometimes it is easy to remove oneself from the present, to not pause and choose kindness. It is our hope to remind Louisvillians that Kindness is powerful! Yard signs featuring the words "Be Kind" will be available in our Parish Office. 7th & 8th graders will be bringing home a sign soon. We invite all families to take a sign and display them proudly in your yards and businesses. Let us spread the Gospel message of Kindness throughout our beautiful city! There is a suggested donation of $3 per sign.
Echo the Story Bible Study
Calling all interested 6th-8th grade youth! Starting in November on select Sundays from 4:30-6 PM, 412 Youth will gather for a 12 session Bible study that will take us from Genesis through Acts in an imaginative way. It will allow us to engage the Bible using storytelling, creative reflection, and dialogue. See the flyer or visit https://stalbert.org/youth-ministry/ for more information. Click the link to RSVP!

TRIVIA NIGHT!
Lots of *NEW* SPIRIT WEAR ITEMS AVAILABLE
We have another vendor available to order TONS more spirit wear. The selection and prices makes it easy to find something for pretty much anybody! Check out the store at the link below.
Fall Sports Gate and Concession Worker Sign-ups
New Slots are now added!
We once again need your help to support our St. Albert Vikings. Each family is required to sign up for one slot during the season. This means if your child is playing football, volleyball, flag football, cross country, K-2 soccer, cheerleading or powder puff football you need to work a shift in the St. Albert gym. These volunteer hours greatly reduce the cost of all sports at St. Albert.
If you wish to have a sub work your shift, please refer to either the sub list located on the Sports Ministry link or contact Kelly Logsdon at kelly.lewis.logsdon@gmail.com You will be responsible for paying the sub. If you don't find a sub and do not show up for your shift, your child will have to sit out a game. If you do find a sub and the sub does not show up, your child will not be penalized.
Spirit Wear
Spruce up your closet with some St. Albert and Lyndon Catholic Rams gear!
Our spirit wear store is now live! Click on the link and place your order. Orders will be taken until the 1st and 15th of every month until midnight. Then, the order will be ready in 5 business days and can be picked up at the store. The store (Soccertown) is located in Holiday Manor right next to Feeder's Supply.
Go Vikings and Rams!
