Spring Showcase
We are thrilled to bring back our arts and academic fair; now called our Spring Showcase!
Our students are so proud and excited to show off all their hard work! Some of the highlights include a theatrical/musical performance by our 6th grade class in the gym at 6:30pm, 3D art projects displayed in the art room & library, Philippine Tinikling Folk Dance demonstrations in the cafeteria (also popsicle treats provided by the PTO there!!), and continuous drumming sessions outside in front of the gym starting at 7:15pm. Classrooms and hallways will be filled with various coursework, 2D art pieces, and other projects made by the stars of the show- - -our AMAZING students!

Bus Survey For Families Interested in Bus Transportation next year or in the future
Dear Parents,
With steady enrollment growth and more demand for additional bus routes, we would like to poll our current and interested bus families before exploring possible bus changes/additions.
We ask that all families fill out the attached bus survey by Thursday, May 4th, if you have even the slightest interest in bus transportation for next year or for future school years.
This includes:
Current bus families
Previous bus families who may register again
Families previously interested in the bus, but were not added to a bus routes for whatever reason
Families that are unsure which form of transportation they will use in the fall
Anyone who has or is considering bus transportation
This is only a parent survey. You are not signing up for bus transportation at this time. We will send out separate bus registration later in May.
SUMMER PICNIC CLASS REPRESENTATIVES NEEDED
The St. Albert Picnic Committee is looking for parents from each class to be a part of the committee. This is a great way to get involved and meet new people in the parish community while having a great time. The Committee is grateful for anytime that everyone's busy schedules allows. Grades 4-8 start getting your acts ready now as auditions are coming up fast!

The Crayon Initiative
4th Grade Girl Scout, Troop 1391, is collecting used and broken crayons for their service project in support of The Crayon Initiative. These crayons will be recycled into new crayons for children’s hospitals. Please bring in your used and broken crayons and place them in the containers in the classrooms and throughout the school. We will be collecting until the middle of April. Thank you for your help!

Homework Club, Grades 6-8
St. Albert the Great is pleased to announce an after school program, Homework Club, developed for students currently in grades 6-8 who are challenged by completing their homework in a timely manner, need additional assistance with assignments, and or need to to prepare for tests and quizzes.
Homework Club is a structured environment where students will receive small group attention and motivation in a warm and encouraging atmosphere.
The goal of Homework Club is to help students become resourceful and proactive learners. Students will become empowered to take charge of their academics and learn the art of successful study habits.
Homework Club will be mentored by Deanna O'Keefe
Club participation is limited to 12 students per day.
When: Monday-Thursday
Time: 3:00 pm - 4:15 pm
Where: 8C Mrs. O’Keefe’s Homeroom
Cost: $12 per session

Assumption High School Summer Camps
We are excited to announce that our 2023 summer camp schedule is now open! This year, Assumption is offering over 40 fun-filled enrichment and athletic sessions, including 13 new camps to girls and boys in grades K – 9. Our goal is for each camper to have an exciting, safe summer, and build new friendships. We hope your family will be able to take advantage of these opportunities!
