Monday Memo
Week 20 | January 23-27
Letter from the Administration
Catholic Schools Week
National Catholic Schools Week begins next Sunday, January 29 - February 4. But, have you ever wondered why we are celebrating this? Catholic Schools Week celebrates the contribution that Catholic education provides to our children, to our Church, and to our communities. Most of our graduates continue their education in Catholic high schools, then graduate to go on to college.
We are acknowledging the many successes that the graduates from Catholic schools across the nation have attained. We also appreciate the dedication and sacrifices that our teachers and staff make since their love of teaching keeps them in the Catholic schools. So, every year we celebrate Catholic schools because of their valuable mission of providing Catholic education and their service to the Church.
Several activities have been planned by the Student Council for our students next week. I am sure they will enjoy the different activities. We don’t have to wait until Catholic Schools Week, but next week especially, let’s give thanks and celebrate the great accomplishments of our Catholic schools. Let’s also find within ourselves a willingness to support those efforts with our prayers.

2023-2024 returning student Pre-registration
It’s hard to believe that it’s already time to begin planning for the following school year. We ask for your cooperation by letting us know as far in advance as possible if your child(ren) will NOT be returning for the 2023-2024 school year. This helps us identify the number of spots available for prospective students next year and also affects our enrollment forecast.
Catholic Schools Week
Celebrate Catholic Schools Week starting on Monday, January 30th! Please see the attached flyer for details of the theme days the Student Council planned. We will be celebrating by thanking the many people who make our Catholic school so great!
Dollars For Diapers

Please use the link below to make an online donation or send cash/checks made out to St. Albert the Great (memo- St. Bernadette Diaper Bank). Homeroom teachers will collect donations each morning during the week of January 30th. Thank you for your support!
